Does the last of the edited rules make much sense, you can't have both feet along the lane? One foot has to be back?
New Rule: At state tournaments we can use replay monitors to determine if a try for goal at the end of the 4th quarter or OT is now permitted.
New Rule: If a light is present on the backboard it is used to signal the end of time if it is not present, the horn will continue to be used.
Edited Rule: Imaginary rectangle where timeouts are to be taken.
Edited Rule: Clarify when 20-second replacement of an injured player begins.
Edited Rule: Any item in the Referees judgement is unsafe, it will not be allowed.
Edited Rule: Clarified that it is a lane violation when you contact the floor, not when the plane has been broken.
Edited Rule:
Clarified that a player occupying a marked lane space must have one foot positioned near the outer edge of the free-throw lane line with the other foot positioned anywhere within the designated 36 inch lane space.
