Do you mean this thread? Warren's post says "Sep 19th, 2000 03:52 AM" for me. I posted a thread in the test forum (and deleted it) and the time was exactly correct.
The default server time is CST, but you can change this by adding a value into the "Time Offset" field in your profile (Click the profile link next to the index card icon near the top right of the page).
