Unrelated? Are you serious? Yeah, a teacher plastering her privates all of the world wide cyber internets for everyone to see will have no lingering issues in class. I cannot imagine how that would effect her ability to do her job.

It does not matter if you see the harm in them having facebook or myspace. YOU are no the employer. If they sign the contract they are bound by it. I will bet that this trollop signed a contract that said she was not supposed to be a moron. She turned out to be one so they fired her.
