For me, it would've been at this point. Once I say, "let's play," it's done. If the coach or player continues to challenge me after this, I usually interpret this as an attempt to show me up, but we all have our own different limits.

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!
