Jeff, On the women's side, you're obviously right, it's not about egos. I thought I made that same point in my last post. They have intentionally adopted the pro mechanics and interpretations.

My main point was that it was the egos of the Men's committee members that prevent the men's and women's mechanics from being similar. Dan asked why the men and women can't have the same mechanic for the team control foul. My answer was that it's possible that the egos of the men's committee members prevents it.
