Good point, Mike. Buzz words and catch phrases such as those drive me nuts. "Fourth Dimension" is especially curious since I believe time already had that one claimed...
Unfortunately, it's not limited to officiating. The business world is horrible for buzz words and catch phrases:
"Synergy"
"Metrics"
"Proactivity"
I'd keep going but I'm getting nauseous.
