A belt is a compulsory part of a FIBA refs uniform.Also the small logos on refs shirt are:a the basketball Australia one b.the WNBL logo.
The large one is the 'defence force' logo.They are the sponsors of the AWNBL-sadly unlike our nitpicking Northern Hemisphere colleagues,our leagues don't have enough funding to be able to run without sponsors contibuting to costs of transporting and accomodating officials.
BUT check the NZNBL logos-that is a target on their back-one official (originally from Northern Hemisphere) refused to wear logo on a TV game as was told you will be dropped from Panel and in fact was not rostered for 4 weeks as punishment.
