Provincial would be me when referring to "not fashionable".

Ontario has 4 levels of ball: 1A to 4A. Two cities on opposite ends of the province are Ottawa and Windsor. Ottawa was 3A and Windsor 4A. Those cities are about 9 hours apart. Too bad for those coaches wishing to scout both tournaments: they'll need extra help this year.
