silly question?
When I played as far as I remember one wasn't allowed to throw the ball deliberately at an opponent just to get an OOB.
Is it common practise this days? Is it allowed?
I have seen a guy saving the ball from going oob but aiming the ball the nose ! of an opponent.
How would you punish this? Is this punishable under the rules?
They now can aim at the nose, at the scrotum all with the disguise of saving a ball from going OOB. A basketball can cause a lot of damage, can't it
?
Don't you think this should be banned?
