That feels intuitively right. I was just hoping somebody could tell me what to look up when I get home.
Anyway it's not actually time that I call here is it? I'm calling a DB. I'm not sure if that matters. What if the dead ball is for interference? I guess my underlying question is if I want to know on which dead balls a runner can complete base-running responsibilities where do I look.
