One of my partners scored a 100% on the NFHS Part One Exam, so now I know which questions I missed. One of the mistakes I made was:
60. Bats made entirely of wood are permitted and need not bear the ASA certification mark.
My answer was false as per 1-5-4: "
All bats shall meet the 2004 ASA Bat Performance Standard,
bear either the 2000 or 2004 ASA certification mark, and not be on the ASA non - approved list as found on
www.asasoftball.com.
Apparently, the correct answer is true. Can anyone provide me with a rule reference or a case play?
