Knee surgery on December 16th and I am doing my first game since then tonight. Varsity girls. State has given permission for pink headbands, wristbands etc. AD has a copy of the letter from the state to show us. Both teams are doing this for cancer awareness. They've asked us to use pink whistles.
I'm excited to be back. I don't think my knee is 100%, but good enough to go up and down the court in three man. Ibuprofin and ice right after could be the order for the remainder of the season.
