Last year Cary Fields and Henry Hamm did it. They had a site, but I can't find it now -- there was a link to it off of the Central Florida Officials Association site last spring:

There's nothing on the site now about it, but maybe after the high school season ends, they'll put something up getting ready for the spring and summer tournaments.
