At this time of year, I end up switching from FIBA to Fed and back and forth a lot and in Fed games, I don't get complaints about O&B, but the FIBA games, I do receive some questions about O&B calls that I supposedly miss. I think that many people (coaches, parents, and officials) are learning the FIBA O&B rule. This thread I think will make me an expert.
