No where does it state that a certain amount of hits-batsmen will constitute removal or ejection.

If a league "adopts" a rule for that, then so be it. I also do MSBL and it does not imply about how many. Local leagues may govern.

Look for intent and maliciousness. Heck, I have been in games that the pitcher has hit 5 before the second inning!

Go talk to the pitcher. Find out what is the matter. Feel for an attitude. Remove if necessary.

First pitch of game, hits batter (probably not warmed up)
Same inning, ball in dirt hits batter (pitcher short armed)
Next inning, breaking ball hits batter (pitch didn't break)

Am I going to throw the kid out for that?
