If the throw-in goes out of bounds untouched, the ball is awarded to the opponents of the thrower at the spot of the original throw-in.
If the throw-in pass is caught by a player while that player is standing out of bounds, the ball is awarded to the opponents of the player who caught the ball at the spot where the player caught the ball.
