Well, Chuck was digging up old posts because he was bored, so I thought I'd have a little fun.
We discussed, argued and fought over this one for weeks. Sometimes the simpliest things can turn into the biggest disagreement. It was very clear to me. The RB stated very clearly that you wouldn't shoot FTs for simultaneous technicals, so why would you shoot them for simultaneous personals?
Seemed pretty simple to me.
