Thumbs down

Besides the answer to number 64 being incorrect, number 10 is also wrong, as John Trice of Clemson University pointed out to me in an email. Question 10 reads, "An unsportsmanlike foul may be a personal foul." The NF answer sheet says "true" and references 4-18-11 in the rule book. The correct reference is 4-19-13 which states "An unsportsmanlike foul is a noncontact technical foul which consists of ..." Noncontact technical fouls are not personal fouls, as stated in 4-19-1 which gives the definition of a personal foul and states that personal fouls are contact fouls. Discussion?
