What examples of play can you provide that would suggest a personal foul during a dead ball?

A dunk or a near dunk in which the ball goes through the basket prior to the airborne shooter touching the floor. If the shooter is fouled or charges after the ball goes in but before he lands, it's a dead ball personal foul.
