I think I stole that from Abbott and Costello. I can't confirm it, but it sounds like something they would say, in this case Abbott would say it to Costello, who would claim it was unfair, so Abbott would respond, "OK, we'll do it your way. Tails I win. Heads you lose". Costello would reply, "OK. That's better". I don't know? Maybe it was two of the Three Stooges?
