Team member participates after being disqualified ???
Penalized if discovered while being violated: The head coach shall not permit a team member to participate after being removed from the game for disqualification; Technical foul charged directly to the head coach.
What if said player participates, unbeknown to an official, and is then substituted for, and is sitting on the bench? Is it too late to penalize?
