Inadvertent Whistle question
My partner had an IW last night, it was no big deal and we just resumed at POI. After the game, I started thinking about situations that may come up with an IW and wondered about this...
Can a substitute enter the game after an IW? Or do we need to wait until the next stoppage?
The only thing I can find in the rule or case book is where to resume and scoring procedures after an IW.
