Classic example of advantage/disadvantage.
Because of A12s position on the court, the contact, however slight, by B6 caused A12 to step out of bounds giving an advantage to B. Foul.
Had this happened in the middle of the court somewhere and A12 has room to pivot legally without stepping out of bounds, it's probably a no-call.
