Well, I have learned a lesson....I was asked to "teach" young people how to become an official. No problem....so today, I was supposed to do that. I got all my stuff ready and went to the meeting after church.
It was an organizational meeting, not a teaching meeting.
A long story short, I am now in charge of training and scheduling officials.
Be careful what you volunteer for...I really don't mind so much, but it's not what I was expecting.
