what is the rule in illinois for high shcool football as far as the kick off..if a team kicks the ball out of bounds can you have them kick again or MUST you take the ball at the 35 yr line. In other words if a team is afraid of a team's return game can they just kick it out of bounds all night forcing them to start on the 35 with no choices...also what if they kick it OB at the oppents 40 or 45 do they get it there or at the 35..thanks csuram
