I believe Arbiter just calculates distance as-the-crow-flies from the center of your listed address to the center of the zip code of the destination, but I could be wrong on that.
We are paid a set amount, based on the distance from our association's business address to the site, but it's nowhere near what the IRS allows us to deduct, so we can deduct the difference as far as I'm told.
