Tim Timmons

Timothy Forbes Timmons (born December 30, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio) is an umpire in Major League Baseball who has worked throughout both leagues since 2000 after debuting in the National League in late 1999. His crew for 2007 includes Alfonso Márquez, Rick Reed, and Chuck Meriwether. He is known for a loud, emphatic high-pitched strike call, which he will cross his body to call a strike on a left-handed batter, and is very dramatic behind the plate with his body actions.[citation needed]
He is also notable for wearing a black band on his right wrist
