U3 made an emphatic foul call. One of the replays showed the PU was in no position near the line to make a good fair/foul call and there was a right handed batter at the plate. I think U3 saw PU did not have a good angle and made a strong call to sell it. The replays were all inconclusive whether Beltran was hit in fair or foul territory.
