Note: I have passed on that call, maybe, 4 times, all told. I have always been okay to call a 10 sec backcourt violation with the ball on or over the backcourt.
Why it's hard for me.
- My visible count is practiced to be very close to one second, so it seems relatively fast.
- Time, score and situation can be applicable.
- I have never seen it called locally, although I would readily defend the call.
- I wonder if it is a flow interupter.
