Depends on the level of the game.
Youth-dress at home and finish up at your car.
Fr/JV- either a lockerroom at the school or at home
Varsity-At the site. Most schools give us the girls coaches' office to dress. One school has an officials' dressing room just beyond the end zone with team rooms on either side. Unfortunately, the shower has been broken for many years (unless you like showering under a tiny trickle of water) and they decided to put a huge ice machine in the room so the room is basically useless.
