I've always considered them subcategories of the same general one, which is team members leaving the bench during an altercation.
Of course, this really reduces to the semantics of our terminology so I'd rather not argue about it. I'll just wait until I get a formal ruling from the NFHS committee, and then I'll pass that along. Note that I don't care which way we do it, I just want to know the specific way in which we are supposed to handle it.
