The mods have a life too. They do a great job but they can't be here every second. All we can really do is patiently wait for them to check in.
This particular Chinese off-shore spammer has been posting his crap here under different names for years. Anybody that's dumb enough to order his obvious fake knock-offs deserves what they get anyway.
