Ooh you know what... I may retract my answer on #3... we talked about this play at the UIC clinic in 2007 - you
can't get 2 outs on an INT with an IF. If I recall, the BR isn't out until the ball is judged fair, and it doesn't become fair until the runner interferes with it... I believe it was a matter of the INT superceding the IF, and only the runner (not the BR) was out.
