I played American Legion baseball from 1964 through 1967, and as far as I remember, we used straight OBR.

- Get a copy of OBR (MLB)rules.
- Go to American Legion web site and look at the drop down under Rules & Forms. Download .pdf's as needed!
Also note that there is a helmet rule for the coaches.
