I believe that what will happen in NY state is individual sections will go to 3 man slowly, but the state might remain a "2 man state" for a while (ie 2 man in the state
tourneys). I kinda think that NYC will not be the first, or even in the first bunch that goes to 3 man. That goes for public & catholic school leagues. But I could be wrong...
