In the 1D world of Message Board umpiring, I do not believe this is HTBT.
This is interference. It is text book, there is no other correct answer given your description of the play.
Quote:
when she came up from her fake bunt position, she interfered with the catcher making her throw by moving into the line of the throw.

She actively hindered the catcher with her actions.
Now I had a play this weekend where the batter just stood there, and there was a crossing of Catcher/Batter on a successful steal by R1 but there was no active hindering. Before anyone could even say anything I was giving the safe sign and saying "there is nothing here, no int, I got nothing here".
I had no arguments, everyone knew immediately where I stood on the play.
I had another play this weekend where the catcher smacked it off the batters head/helmet and the runner advanced then advanced home.
I had argument on that one, but was resolved by pointing out that if he could have INT on that one, it would be much easier to donk every batter on steals than make the throws.
For yours as described, INT.
