Of course, I screwed that up. Only 5 National League pitchers in the last 50 years have allowed 2 or fewer earned runs in their first 10 starts of a season.

Those pitchers are:

'08 Volquez -- 12 starts
'88 John Tudor -- 12
'04 Jake Peavy -- 10
'92 Bob Tewksbury -- 10
'66 Juan Marichal -- 10
