I am glad to see someone has taken up this Issue. I only participated in "the Lottery" once and it did make me angry to pay the NCAA a fee to hold my money and earn the interest on "my money" for 8/9 months.
The two time I did attend the Final Four, I purchased tickets on the street outside the venue.
