I have usually gone with New Balance Low Cut base shoes. I would like any recommendations that anyone has out there. I have some very good inserts now, and they seem to help. I would like a high top base shoe but I have not seen one yet-except for the New Balance with that stupid Gray logo that looks like it would get dirty and look like crap after one game.

Roll your foot on a soup can or golf ball when you get up in the morning. Helped me a heck of a lot more than the uncomfortable night splint
