NBA mechanics/foul reporting
Question about NBA mechanics/foul reporting; when the # of the player is reported, they use two hands (i.e. i believe if they're reporting #32, they'll signal '3' with their right hand and '2' with their left hand). What happens with numbers like 47, 19, 9, etc....???
