I think it would serve a purpose if you are moving to a new area and want to provide a snapshot of your experience to your new association. It can also be used to send to ADs & assignors not familiar with who you are.

You make a valid point. And I would like to add that a more important document might be your open and closed dates. One of the most important pieces of information a young official needs to know is his availability. The last thing you want to have happen is to be at a game and have an assigner or A.D. ask you if you are open or have a list of your open and closed dates and you have to tell them that you will have to get back to them. By the time you get back to them the game will probably be filled.
