I recently found out (from a very credible source) that the decision makers HS -NBA are looking for "good people" first & foremost.

The first section should be about who you are outside of officiating. Married, children, vocation, hobbies, etc.

I also learned that a resume should not exceed 1 page & an in uniform picture in the upper right hand corner doesn't hurt one bit.

In addition to what Scrapper1 has already stated, detailed goals, mentors & objectives are a big plus as well.
