In FIBA rules you cannot by rule assess a T to an assistant. the head coach (by your description) should of be assessed 2 Bench T's still leaving him 1 more Bench or Direct before the HC is ejected. Then the AC is fair game becasue he then becomes the HC.

I can hear it now. In yet another example of a stupid feeble rule, one person misbehaves and another individual is required to get punished for it! BY RULE the offender CANNOT be penalized!!!!!!!!
