What would you do?

Here is a situation that was sent out to our local umpire group. Evidently, this actually happened in a Little League in Ohio.

You just finished your pre-game and the home team is taking the field. You see a player come out of the dugout wearing a skinny backpack with lines coming out of it. When the player turns to face you, you see the player has the lines going into her nose for oxygen. She is wearing an oxygen tank on her back. After talking with the coach you find out that the player has a lung condition requiring that she wear this tank 100% of the time. Do you allow the player to play or not? Why or Why Not? Are you covered under ASA liability if an injury happens?
