I step out of the way and let it go out of bounds. Blow whistle for violation and give ball to other team. I know I did the right thing. Here is my question: how would you have handled it if I had caught the ball? Go to possession arrow?
Assuming you moved aside so that the ball hit the floor OOB, and not you.

With any luck, since it's a 1-and-1, you'll still be standing OOB. So when you catch it, the ball is OOB, and it is still a violation.

If you did catch it and standing IB, go back to last team in control due to IW.
