Umpire Gets In The Way

not being really up on all the NFHS rules, I thought I'd ask this one.
R2 & R3, wild pitch and the runners are moving. The umpire moves into position to make the call at the plate and manages to put himself in a direct line between the catcher who chased down the ball and the plate. The throw hits the umpire in the back (yeah, she should've looked I guess but just snapped it) causing the ball to bounce away allowing both runners to score.
Now then, is there some ruling for what's to be done (something other than putting 2 up on the board and moving along) or is this just a case of bad umpiring by not bothering to know where the ball is coming from?
