Illegal pitch every time. This is a very bad habit that needs to be broken ASAP. Pretty soon he will plant a second time a little in front of the rubber, then a little more ...

I don't know any umpire that has a problem with F1 lifting and planting from the rubber to the front, esp when there is a large hole. This is not the same.
