Yes. There are quite a few mechanics differences in NFHS, NCAA-W, and NCAA-M. All three have pretty significant differences.
That said, for foul reporting NFHS and NCAA-W are the same (go tableside when reporting), while NCAA-M go away from the table after reporting.
NCAA-W uses 2-hand reporting, NFHS and NCAA-M use 1-hand.
