Seriously Bob, just don't start doing the "Reno Shuffle," which has now turned into the "Reno Pirouette". As hard as it is to do this, my advice is to just jump back in the saddle and do your best to get this out of your mind.
You do have my sympathies, and here's hoping the little fellas hang in there.
