In my judgement, F6 would not have had a play on the ball had R2 not caused the slight hesitiation of F6. However it would have beel closer, maybe 1-2 strides beyond her reach rather than 2-3.

D coach came out and wanted INT because F6 obviously had to hesitate for a split second.

How do you draw the line between INT and no call on this play?
